    DAY 1 – KIRUNA & JUKKASJÄRVI

    Free arrival at Kiruna’s airport.

Welcome to the Swedish Lapland, the kingdom of snow and boreal silence. On your arrival at Kiruna’s airport, begin your arctic adventure in the most genuine way possible: on board a dog-drawn sled. Huddled up under warm skins, let yourself be lulled by the subdued landslide on the snow. Meanwhile, your luggage is following you, transported separately.

Your destination is the mythical Icehotel, an ephemeral work of art appearing each winter in the enchanting village of Jukkasjärvi. A real hymn to the art of ice, this iconic place is composed of sculptured bedrooms, a clear Chapel and dreamy areas, all recreated year after year by the best sculptors in the world. Staying there offers you a delightful night between polar dreams and lively art.

The evening will flow in the collection of the poetic and iced Icehotel, your refuge for the night.

    DAY 2 - JUKKASJÄRVI

Today, it is time for a typical Lapponian experience: riding a snow bike and crossing the snowy forests, then going through this faded vastness until a frozen lake. There, initiate yourself to ice fishing at the Luspen camp: Enter the crystalline layer and patiently wait for your catch, while your guide is preparing a comforting firewood lunch.

Enjoying a just-grilled fish in the middle of immaculate vastness is a rare and precious privilege.

Getting back to the Icehotel for the evening, to pursue your immersion in the polar charm.

Optional: Snowshoe trek and aurora borealis

Snowshoe excursion and aurora borealis hunting: by the end of the day, put your snowshoes on to adventure yourself in the snowy forest. Look up to the sky, catch the aurora borealis’ dancing sail – this cosmic glint, a whimsical gift of the solar winter and the northern atmosphere.

NB: The aurora borealis are a natural phenomenon, and their observation cannot be assured.

    DAY 3 – JUKKASJÄRVI & HARADS

Before getting to your next stage, offer yourself a moment of pure delight: an immersive culinary experience for nature’s tribute.  Throughout the meal, enjoy the stories and songs recounted by the eight seasons of Samis. Each bite will reveal the flavors of forests, rivers and fields, remade by an inspired chef.

Taking the direction of Arctic Bath, floating oasis entirely dedicated to well-being. Suspended between ice and river, this innovative hotel mixes northern traditions and modern designs. Dive into the refreshing rotation of cold bathtubs and hot saunas, relax in the outdoor jacuzzi and offer yourself personalized care.

On your way, Storforsen is the must-stop destination, the biggest non-regulated rapid in Europe: even during winter, its growling and its frozen mist create a majestic scene surrounded by snowy forest.

The night will take place in the serenity of the Arctic Bath.

    DAY 4 – HARADS & LULEÅ

Begin your journey with a memorable encounter with Sami’s culture. Enjoy traditional meals and ancestorial stories gathered around a campfire. Outdoors, initiate yourself to the art of catching a reindeer with a lasso and get close to those peaceful animals during the feeding – a moment of deep connection with the boreal world.

Continue your journey towards Gammelstad, a UNESCO world heritage jewel: more than 400 red wooden houses surround a stone Church from the 15th century, a lively witness of the communal lifestyle of Northern Sweden. Stroll in its cobbled alleys, feel the spirit of its past assemblies, by the time the congregation and the villagers were gathering there on cult days.

As an ending, let yourself tempted by a promenade or some landslides on the emblematic ice track of Luleå, which surrounds the city and leads to the archipelago of Bothnian: an iced ribbon of nearly 10km (6 miles), going along with benches and fireplaces for a comforting warm break.

Your evening will end in the classical and elegant comfort of the Stadshotellet Elite, for a night in the center of this arctic city.

    DAY 5 – LULEÅ & ROVANIEMI

Your morning will begin softly: a chauffeur will be attending in the hallway of your hotel at Luleå to drive you to the Finnish Lapland, where the next stage of your boreal journey is waiting for you.

In the afternoon, live an uncommon experience: going on board of the mythical Sampo, Finnish icebreaker, for a cruise amid the frozen landscapes of the Bothnia Golf. The alliance of metal, ice and arctic silence creates a splendid scene, inviting you to admire the polar power.

By sunset, meet your new refuge: a Glass igloo, a warm case in the middle of a snowy glade. Under its transparent vault, let your eyes get lost in the infinity of the starry sky – and perhaps in the timid dance of an aurora borealis. The motorized beds will allow you to find the perfect position to admire this show, without leaving your cozy cocoon.

To conclude this magic evening, go on an aurora borealis hunt riding a snow bike. Under the glow of the moon and the stars, follow your guide through the silent forest until arriving to a campfire, where you will taste grilled “Makkara” sausages and Lapponian berries juice – seeking at the same time the sky to catch the breathtaking manifestation of a dancing light ribbon.

The night will peacefully flow in the heat of your Glass Igloo, in the silence of the taiga.

    DAY 6 - ROVANIEMI

In the kingdom of fantasy and snow tales, Rovaniemi, come visit the vast underground web Santa’s Park, hiding the secret of an eternal Christmas Day. According to the legend, the elves themselves are said to be the ones who dug those magic galleries!

Continuing with a memorable encounter with Santa Claus, in his official village perched right in the North of the polar circle. In this festive haven opened all year round, everyone finds a childhood memory, a bunch of laughs, and the sweet perfume of northern generosity.

In the afternoon, get to your new nest, perched in the pine trees: the Arctic Treehouse Hotel, a subtle alliance of Scandinavian design and Lapponian spirit. From your suite nested amid the sky and the forest, admire the ballet of flakes or the pink crepuscule caressing the top of the trees.

    Optional: Ice Floating

Ice Floating: let yourself float, dressed in a survival suit, in a frozen lake filled with ice stones. A moment of absolute silence, nearly meditative, between sky, ice and slow breathing.

The evening will continue with the muffled and contemporary atmosphere of the Arctic Treehouse.

    DAY 7 - ROVANIEMI

Today, regain the adventurous spirit of the High North: meet up in the Huskie’s farm. Their enthusiastic barking rings are like a hymn for freedom! After initiation, take a step in the sled and let the pack of dogs drive you into the snowy forest. With speed sensations, the squeal of the slider and the frozen breath: the Arctic reveals itself to the rhythm of tireless dogs.

Back to the farm, enjoy a sweet moment: caress your new companions, share some laughs around a fire and relish a typical Lapponian snack.

Continue with a ludic activity: transform a simple snow block into an ephemeral artwork. With the advice of a sculptor, bring your imagination to life, heating up your hot drink and snacks at the same time.

    Optional: Arktikum Museum

Arktikum Museum: Explore the immersive expositions recounting the salvage nature, the culture and the contemporary challenges of the Arctic. A trip through the ages and the extreme landscapes of the High North.

Conclude this day by regaining the wooden sweetness of your suite at the Arctic Treehouse.

    DAY 8 – ROVANIEMI & HELSINKI

After a last glance towards the taiga and its immaculate expanses, your chauffeur will drive you to the airport to get to the lively capital of Finland, Helsinki.

On your arrival, a private transfer will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your will to taste the delicate charm of this northern city, amid trendsetter design, lively cafés and elegant urban parks.

Stroll into the Esplanadi, let yourself tempted by the gourmet stop in a local brewery, or explore the shops of Finnish creators that embody the spirit of the Scandinavian style: refined, inventive et deeply set in the nature.

The evening will take place in the muffled comfort of your hotel in the middle of Helsinki.

    DAY 9 - HELSINKI

Today, go on the adventure of Helsinki’s spirit, a modern metropole but also heiress of more than four centuries of history. Begin with the Senate Square overlooked by the majestic Lutheran white Cathedral, then admire the byzantine silhouette of the Uspenski Cathedral, emblem of the orthodox influence.

Do not miss the Temppeliaukio Church, dug from the rock, an architectural jewel with extraordinary acoustics. Pursue towards the Sibelius monument, a poetic tribute to the great Finnish composer, nested in the center of a peaceful park.

Then, to the maritime fortress of Suomenlinna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The short ride by ferry will offer you a splendid view of the city and the Baltic Sea. Once on the Island, explore its fortifications, its mysterious tunnels, its silent cannons and enjoy a coffee, admiring the open sea.

Back in Helsinki for your last night to the mythic Kämp Hotel, an iconic site, synonym with elegance and Finnish tradition.

    Optional: Porvoo tour

Excursion to Porvoo: let yourself seduced by the intemporal charm of Porvoo, second oldest city of Finland. Stroll in the cobbled alleys, admire the red warehouses on the bank of the river, and dive into the medieval, sweet and poetic atmosphere.

    DAY 10 - HELSINKI

Your trip is coming to an end: your chauffeur will drive you to the airport, with only one additional luggage being a collection of never-lasting memories: silent forests, boreal lights, sleds cutting the snow, refined design and northern smiles.
