As soon as you arrive in Sicily, the landscape envelops you in golden light. The air, laden with the scent of citrus fruits and sea breezes, invites you to slow down and let yourself be carried away by the rhythm of the island. After a private transfer, you’ll head for your refuge, a place of sober elegance and authenticity, lulled by the song of the cicadas and the scent of ancient olive trees, where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation and well-being.

 

After a moment to soak up the peaceful atmosphere, the evening opens with a timeless gastronomic experience. Jean-François Bury, accompanied by his second Giuseppe Manzone and their Sicilian accomplice, orchestrates a six-hand dinner, a celebration of local produce and culinary savoir-faire. On the plate, each flavour tells a story, between tradition and modernity, exalting the Sicilian terroir in all its splendour.

FRIDAY 24 OCTOBER 2025

As dawn breaks, Sicily gently awakens. The light dances on the pale stones, and the air is already fragrant with orange blossom. The day opens with a promise of shared pleasures. To begin with, a meditative walk invites you to reconnect with nature, to fully feel Sicily beneath your feet, between fragrant paths and infinite panoramas of the sea.

Then it’s time to indulge and pass on the knowledge. Jean-François Bury opens the doors to his culinary universe during a masterclass, where every ingredient becomes a source of inspiration. Tomatoes bursting with sunshine, freshly caught fish, Bronte pistachios and fruity olive oils: here, the Sicilian terroir expresses itself in all its generosity. Under the Chef’s watchful eye, gestures are refined, flavours harmonised and the cuisine becomes a celebration of the living.

 

At lunchtime, you’ll enjoy dishes concocted with the Chef that very morning. A perfect symphony of conviviality and indulgence, where time seems suspended, a moment of ecstasy where every mouthful is an ode to Sicily.

 

The afternoon opens with a time of well-being, a break dedicated to relaxation and awakening the senses. Then the evening takes you to Marzamemi, a fishing village with timeless charm. The cobbled streets come alive under the lanterns, laughter resounds in the central square, and the seaside restaurants invite you to sample the treasures of the Mediterranean. An iodised dinner, with your feet almost in the water, punctuates this day of exploration and pleasure.

SATURDAY 25 OCTOBER 2025

In the morning, head for one of Sicily’s jewels: Noto, a UNESCO-listed Baroque pearl. Here, golden stone glows in the sunlight, revealing architecture of perfect harmony. As you stroll through the narrow streets, you will discover the splendour of the palaces, the volutes of the churches and the squares bathed in light, in a setting frozen in timeless elegance.

 

Then, a privileged encounter awaits you. The artist Sergio Fiorentino opens the doors of his studio, where his works vibrate with a deep, hypnotic blue. Between classicism and modernity, his canvases capture the essence of Sicily, between memory and imagination. An inspiring exchange, where art and travel come together in the same quest for beauty.

 

At lunchtime, a tasting of Sicilian nectars plunges you into the world of wine, as you discover the volcanic terroirs and indigenous grape varieties. Each sip tells a story of land and sun, where vines flourish between sea and mountains.

 

In the evening, a dinner under the stars brings the day to a close. By candlelight, the Sicilian sky becomes the most beautiful backdrop, while the flavours unfold in a ballet of aromas and textures. It’s a moment suspended in time, where time seems to fade away, giving way to the magic of the moment.

DIMANCHE 26 OCTOBER 2025

The last morning opens with a time of tranquillity and contemplation. The softness of Sicily becomes even more palpable, like a serene goodbye. A final stroll through the gardens, a final cup of espresso savoured against the horizon, and already it’s time to close this enchanted interlude.

 

The transfer to Catania airport slowly brings you back to reality, but Sicily is still with you. In the memory of landscapes, flavours and encounters, it continues to vibrate, like an imperishable memory engraved in the depths of your soul.
